If you enjoy practicing on your own schedule, then On-Demand access is perfect for you!
You will have access to our most recent previously recorded 60-minute live yoga classes, specially designed for students with Osteopenia and Osteoporosis. A few new classes are added each month and older classes are removed. This way you never get bored!
Class themes vary by week and by season. Most classes are Hatha style yoga. Occasionally, we practice restorative yoga and therapeutic techniques like mantra (chanting) and mudra practices.
Suggested Props: 2 yoga blocks, yoga strap, blankets, sturdy chair, and/or access to a wall.
As a subscriber, you will have access to a growing library of previously recorded yoga classes.
